Challenge
Label production depended on an old printer and legacy software stack that had been in place for around twenty years. The workflow was slow, fragile and required external support for problems that should have been manageable internally.
Solution
With the purchase of a new printer, we built a custom software layer tailored to the actual label workflow, replacing the legacy printer/software setup completely and making daily operation simpler for non-technical staff.

The Impact
The new printer and custom software replaced a twenty-year legacy setup, drastically reducing the work of a single operator and making the process far more autonomous. The team no longer needs to depend on external support for routine label production.
