When the process no longer fits standard tools
Many teams start with a spreadsheet, a few emails and a system that covers only part of the work. It works for a while. Then exceptions grow, manual steps multiply, checks are repeated and data gets copied between systems.
What we build
Customer or supplier portals, internal operations tools, approval workflows, admin consoles, configurators, tracking systems and applications that connect data, roles and ownership. The point is not to add another tool, but to remove fragile work from daily operations.
How we work
We first map workflows, users, data, permissions, exceptions and existing systems. Only then do we decide what to build, what to integrate and what to leave alone. A good operational system starts from that boundary, not from forcing a template onto the team.
When not to build
If a standard product solves the problem well, building from scratch is not useful. Custom work makes sense when the value is in the specific process: internal rules, integrations, proprietary data, unusual roles or flows the team handles every day.
